I lead enterprise data, analytics, AI and digital transformation for global regulated organizations, focused on reducing structural cost, improving productivity, and enabling new revenue through AI at scale. At Innovant.ai, I built the product stack, created a £2m+ qualified pipeline, and launched GuardianIQ, reducing client compliance onboarding by around 50 percent with below 2 percent defect rates.At BP, I consolidated overlapping platforms to deliver a £15m run rate reduction opportunity, reduced supplier onboarding cycle times by around 80 percent, improved supply chain forecast accuracy by about 23 percent, and scaled a secure self-service data marketplace to more than employees.A consistent thread in my work is building AI products that prove value quickly, then scaling them through governance, adoption, and measurable outcomes.I deliver transformation through portfolio governance with benefits tracked to the P&L, supported by strong foundations, productised delivery, frontline adoption, and ongoing oversight.
