Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the respective country payrolls, including reviewing the payroll calculations and appropriate withholding in accordance with legislative and/or regulatory guidelines. Responsible for the bi-weekly Non-Exempt and Exempt multi-state payroll processing for employees, utilizing ADP PayforceManage escalations, work flow, quality assurance, external and internal audits, risks, controls, reporting and metrics.Hire new members for the team and ensure that both the new and old team members have the requisite skills, knowledge and abilities to deliver effectively.
