About Subash Bhola
In my past 16 years of working in real estate industry, I have tried to support clients, colleagues and industry stakeholders with whatever I have learned from them, and I am going to continue doing the same at Colliers – a great platform equipped with everything - talented people, systems and new age technology. Prior to joining Colliers, I had worked at JLL for about 15 years in the Research division and was responsible for JLL’s subscription-based research offering – Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS). REIS is a data service platform that tracks & analyses the real estate dynamics of major cities of India for the commercial office, retail and residential sectors. Looking after REIS India operations and business development have been my key responsibilities at JLL. It was my privilege to be chosen by JLL as the “Insight Driven Champion” in 2019 to participate in The JLL Way Campaign – an initiative towards company’s branding. Prior to JLL, I had worked in an investment advisory firm for a year and before that I had worked on few economic research projects carried out by RBI, UNDP and UGC, Govt of India for about 2 years during my PhD. Have visited JNTU Hyderabad, NMIMS Mumbai for teaching economics and data science students in the past for a short tenure.
