I am currently working at Prakash Industries Limited in the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) department, where I am involved in the operation and monitoring of 2*600 & 4*500 TPD coal-based rotary kiln for sponge iron production.My role includes monitoring key process parameters such as kiln temperature profile, feed rate, kiln RPM, draft control, and air distribution to ensure stable and efficient kiln performance. I also work closely with critical equipment including ID fan, shell air fan, central burner, ABC fan, and sealing air fan to maintain proper combustion and process stability.
