She is a mentor in Stockton University Women’s Leadership Council, and serves on the Stockton School of Business Advisory Board, the School of Business Dean’s Executive Advisory Board, the Organizational Leadership Doctoral Program Advisory Board, and is a founding member of Stockton\'s Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.Susan earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership at Stockton University, where she also completed her MBA.
