I believe that learning is not completed in isolation or only being exposed to one opinion, nor should it be considered a one-time event. My goal is to provide business students with exposure to new concepts, expand and challenge their existing knowledge, ultimately leaving them with the competency to apply these skills outside of the classroom. Enhanced classroom experiences incorporate industry experience that includes process improvement initiatives, operations management, strategy, and cross-functional team dynamics. I believe that the best leaders and teachers are those who have a plan, challenge others to think, and adapt to the changing needs of their environment.

   Facilitate undergraduate and graduate courses in an asynchronous, synchronous, and hybrid mode with an average class size of 30 while providing instruction for the following courses:o Project Management - students learn about the project management process and develop skills to become a successful project manager and project team member. They also practice with project management techniques of CPM and use MS Project software. o Introduction to Operations Management -provides students with the foundational concepts and techniques of production and operations management for both service and manufacturing organizations.
