About Su-Tang Lo
With over 19 years of experience in radiochemistry and molecular imaging, I am deeply committed to advancing the field of targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) to bring more effective cancer treatments to patients.As Director of Molecular Imaging at RayzeBio, I lead a talented team to drive therapeutic innovation for all RayzeBio discovery pipelines. My work focuses on evaluating target engagement, tumor profiling, and in vivo therapeutic efficacy using advanced molecular imaging tools. By incorporating automated imaging processing and AI-based organ segmentation (Imalytics) into RayzeBio imaging workflow, I further enhance the efficiency in compound screening. In addition, I oversee imaging studies with external partners and CROs—including non-human primate (NHP) PET/SPECT imaging—to support clinical imaging strategy and dosimetry.My goal is to harness the full potential of imaging science to accelerate precision medicine, improve patient selection, and enhance therapeutic outcomes for cancer patients.
