I am an energetic, personable and adaptable IT professional, working in the IT Industry for 29 years, I enjoy leading collaborations with the business and technologists to understand and solve business challenges with IT (especially Data), by delivering multi-dimensional programmes through the lifecycle to enable business benefits, whether that be; improve customer experience, meet legal or regulatory asks, save time and/or drive growth.I enjoy driving forward system transformations, especially within Data & Analytic technologies, including, Digital, Finance & Service Management systems too. However, my extensive IT knowledge allows adaptability to other tech areas too.I have a passion to optimise process via Agile, Systems Thinking/Lean ways of working. By working with cross functional teams to analyse and identify where waste is occurring within an area and why, to lead optimisation programmes of work.I ensure I build relationships across the organisation I work in, with customers, users, technologists and others. As well as externally, via Gartner, Forrester, Suppliers and PS Orgs, to ensure the systems strategy and solutions I am leading, are the right ones and in line with internal but also (where required) external technology advances, research and innovations in that space.I am committed to driving a more diverse work environment in the IT Industry, through my STEM Ambassador and TechWomen roles; working with children in schools to help them understand the benefits of learning the STEM subjects and career progression.
