I love working on multi-sided marketplaces. As a team at LinkedIn, we leverage machine learning, auction theory, incentive design, and data-driven decision making to optimize the Jobs marketplace and ensure LinkedIn succeeds when hirers and job seekers succeed.In my current role as a Jobs Marketplace AI PM at LinkedIn, I focus on search and recommendation systems, AI applications, and platform-to-product team collaborations. I work with cross-functional partners, such as product, data science, machine learning engineering, infra engineering, marketing, and biz ops to deliver impactful solutions for hirers and job seekers. Some of the projects I have worked on include candidate selection (attribute based and embedding based), ranking, auction, causal inference, promoted slotting, pacing, bidding, incrementality, and experimentation.
