A management consultant with over 20 years experience working across Brokerage houses and Investment banks before moving into consultancy.After many years running Trade Support teams and delivering operations management services, I transitioned across to work on many large transformation programmes covering entity mergers, collateral optimization deliveries and various offshoring activities – including 9 months based in Mumbai.After deciding to focus on data specific change, I spent 2 years working in the Data Architecture team at a large Investment bank, where I was involved in advising on change implications across the underlying data lifecycle of many key industry topics including MiFIDII, EDGS, Client Lifecycle Transformation and many others.I have led enterprise data architecture reviews of Data governance frameworks and controls from a project/programme management delivery perspective and now focus on supporting clients on their data discovery.
