   Actively involved in preparing a memo on tax implication on tied up grants for a Charitable institution of a renowned french liquor Company- Analysed various tax treaties for PE, Royalty, FTS, Business Profits etc-Filled Form 15CA/CB for leading academic publishing Company and analytics company- Lead and supervised the validation of Payroll Documents for witholding tax purpose of a leading multinational corporation- Actively involved in ascertaining Permanent Establishment of renowned entity- Significantly involved in assessment and litigation of France Based Liquor Company having cr+ revenue and drafted 20+ submissions in this regard-Assessment of a foreign company engaged in the service in connection with prospecting and extraction of hydrocarbons- Lead and prepared the Lower withholding certificate for a US based oil and natural gas extracting company u/s 44BB-Significantly involved in AO proceedings, CIT(A), ITAT Appeal of a leading multiplex- Coordination and meeting with various bureaucrats.
