With a solid background in HR and a growing love for data, I enjoy turning spreadsheets into stories that help companies make smarter decisions about pay, retention, and equity.Over the past few years, I’ve worked across global organizations like Tubi, Extreme Networks, and Fujitsu, helping build fair, data-driven pay structures and processes. From leading salary benchmarking surveys to managing bonus programs and building compensation dashboards, I’ve enjoyed using data to support thoughtful decision-making in people operations.I recently completed my M.A. in I/O Psychology from The Chicago School, building on my MBA from NMIMS and undergrad in management.
