Created modular workflows feature for Amazon fulfilment Centres. It increased the reusability of workflows and avoided the churn of creating similar sub-routines for multiple workflows. This consisted of multiple complex workflows spanning various decision trees. This feature allowed teams to break complex workflows into simplified modular workflows that are easy to create, manage and maintain.* Increased attachment upload size from 20MB max to 100MB max for each ticket and reduced the latency of uploading attachments and therefore cutting tickets by manifold.* Integrated the tool with different AWS Services.
