Provide individual and group counselling based on evidence-based clinical assessment, interventions and treatment plans thatpromote assets, competencies, resilience and strengths in immigrants, refugees, and seniors. Provide individual short-term problem-solving support and long-term stability plan for adult populations including newcomers,immigrants, refugees, racialized groups, LGBTQI2S+, victims of violence, low-income communities through identifying thepresenting problems, goals, and available service options. Conduct case consultation, wellness checks, client intake, risk assessment, safety planning, crisis intervention, psychoeducationand other interventions with clients either by telephone, video conferencing or face-to-face interactions in the client’s preferredenvironment and within the standards of practice that meet the agency accreditation, regulatory body and funder requirements. Provide responsive services that focus on enhancing mental health outcomes and helping adults to reach their full potential. Provide counselling and intervention support for clients with or without non-disclosed trauma history through active listening,debriefing experiences, validating of feelings, and respecting client choices and decisions. Design, promote and organize various online and in-person workshops, information sessions and webinars on adults relatedissues such as trauma, mental wellness, stress management, employment supports, building confidence and planning for thefuture. Maintain accurate participants and program records in SkeduleX, Salesforce and other designated databases and generateprogram statistics and other reports as requested to inform management decisions. Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling programs and interventions, and clients\' progress in resolving identified problems ordefined counseling goals.
