I am a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience across strategy, finance, investment banking and M&A advisory. Currently, as a Strategy Manager at JioSaavn, I drive the company-wide growth planning and execution including business planning, performance tracking, shareholder / board reporting and strategic initiatives across business verticals. I also briefly led e-commerce and growth strategy for a D2C fashion brand.Previously, I worked as a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking division of Ernst & Young focusing on Private Equity deals and M&A transactions across Education, Media & Entertainment and Technology sectors. My job responsibilities included conceptualization and end-to-end implementation of the transaction, encompassing deal sourcing, industry research, updating investor & transaction database, preparing marketing collaterals, financial modelling, handling due diligence process, negotiating transaction documents and planning for post-deal integration.With a strong foundation in financial and strategic analysis, I am passionate about solving complex business problems, enabling data-driven decisions and building long-term value.
