For Sea Schells Vacation Rentals we (Cathy & I) buy, rehab, transform and decorate and outfit amazing vacation properties. We currently have nine (9) in our portfolio. Seven in Cape Coral, FL, one in NC, one in Ohio.For The Scheller Bradford Group my primary work is as an employee benefits broker, I spend a fair amount of time consulting with insurance companies developing programs to train and develop their people.Specialties: Employee benefit negotiations, developing strategy, education and training, individual coaching with executives, developing business plans, team development.For our “second act” my wife Cathy and I started Sea Schells Vacation Rentals several years ago. We are Preferred Partners with VRBO and own and manage nine (9) vacation rental properties. Cathy’s super power is finding ugly house and we completely rehab them inside and out transforming them into amazing vacation rental properties.
