Working with some of the world’s leading start-ups, SME\'s, enterprise giants and consultancies.With 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition, I specialise in sourcing niche skill sets, building high-performing teams, and developing long-lasting partnerships with businesses across multiple industries and technologies.I’ve had the privilege of helping organisations scale globally - from growing companies from 10 to 150 people over 5–10 years, to increasing headcount by 40 within just two years, or building entire business units from 0 to 50 to support 24/7 production environments.I thrive on the challenge of recruiting the hardest-to-find roles, whether that’s sourcing specialists in the most remote locations or identifying talent in emerging technologies.
