I’ve dealt with almost every conceivable security incident a company can suffer, over a long and varied career.I’m part of the Tech & Product Leadership and accountable to the Board, following Trustpilot’s 2021 IPO- took Trustpilot to the 50th percentile against our peers in 2 years- matured to the 77th percentile in less than 4 years (NIST external review)- scaled a team of 11, covering all relevant skill sets required for a leading public tech company- accountable for AI Security strategy and delivery- the highest consistent team feedback scores across the entire business- responsible for driving maturity that assisted Commercial with acquisitions totalling many millions of dollars- drove the company to achieve SOC 2- accountable for major security incidents, whereby actions save the company upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential reputational damage- responsible for one of the lowest team attrition rates in the company- personally responsible for substantially lowering business risk and reducing vulnerability- drove a DevSecOps culture to bring security accountability into Product and Engineering- implemented team strategies to improve Mean Time To Respond, time to fix, etc- built strategy to improve overall NIST score, accountable to the Board- Coached and supported a growing team on High Performance, Operational Excellence, Planning and Delivery.
