Key Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Assist association clients to assess their business situation, challenges and opportunities, and positively contributes to their overall success - Assist association clients in development of strategies for improvement - Oversee the implementation of client strategies, projects and day-to-day activities - Provide strong interpersonal competencies including leadership, presentation skills, listening, oral communication, respect, coaching, facilitation, and conflict management - Provide support of management processes including business plans, strategic plans, filing of corporate records and accounts, financial management, marketing/communication, etc
