   At StudioIP Jessie creatively advises clients in acquiring, identifying, developing, protecting or enforcing intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights and patents. Jessie specializes in facilitating creative solutions for her clients facing technology transactions, intellectual property ownership or development issues, licensing or disputes. Jessie has successfully argued a case of first impression at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, finding her clients statutorily immune from suit. She has successfully won a temporary restraining order for a client regaining their sole product. She has been involved in and settled many patent, trademark and copyright disputes and that assists her ability to better counsel her clients on the transactional side. Her approach to negotiation and problem solving is well received by all parties and has earned her wide success. In recognition of Jessie’s ability to serve her clients as a trusted advisor, Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Jessie for the past 10 years as a Super Lawyer.Jessie is fortunate to have a big law background with an innovative and entrepreneurial like spirit allowing for more effective, personalized service crafted specifically to the needs of her clients. StudioIP is founded on the same creative, energetic, innovative and focused principals as her clients in an effort to provide the legal service they deserve.Jessie regularly protects her clients’ rights and interests through cease and desist campaigns, negotiations, oppositions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board litigation and domain disputes through the World Intellectual Property Organization. When she is not advocating for her clients Jessie is in the mountains with her family skiing, biking, playing tennis or golf. Protecting, advocating for and serving her clients and becoming their trusted advisor is her passion.
