I received a BA and MAHR in human resources from Ottawa University and advanced leadership at Harvard. I have designed, implemented, and managed human resource, operations, recruiting, safety, sales and risk programs within multiple industries. I have managed DOT, EEOC, WC and OSHA audits as well as performing mock audits, to improve the overall compliance of client companies, continuing to find find ways to improve and manage the overall cost of day to day operations.
