I’m the Founder of Nobos Digital, a strategy-led marketing consultancy built to help small businesses rise above.Nobos is inspired by noboru, a Japanese word meaning “to rise.” That idea is at the heart of why I started the business. I believe small businesses carry courage, innovation, and vision into their communities—but too often they are left without the level of strategic marketing support that larger organizations take for granted.After 20+ years leading digital marketing across startups, established brands, and global enterprises across retail, software, telecom, healthcare, and nonprofit, I refined an approach that now defines Nobos Digital: align marketing to the business model, build it around the customer, and put the right systems, priorities, messaging, and channel distribution in place to drive sustainable growth.That is the foundation Nobos Digital was built on.I created Nobos Digital to bring enterprise-level strategic thinking to founders and small businesses that deserve more than generic agency marketing. We don’t start with channels. We start with the business, the customer, and what truly drives growth.My work is grounded in proprietary frameworks I’ve developed, refined, and leveraged over decades to produce record-setting growth, accelerate organic search visibility, sharpen go-to-market strategy, improve operational efficiency, and drive meaningful revenue impact across industries.What matters most to me is closing the gap I saw for small businesses: many founders are exceptional at their craft, product, or service, but do not always have the marketing strategy, digital expertise, or guidance needed to make their business visible, reach the right customers, and unlock its full potential.
