This 2.5-day residential program covers skills, behaviors, and leadership styles, supported by pre and post-learning curriculum via LMS and Talent/Career Coach conversations.Project lead on Operate Aspire Leadership Programme for New to Manager grade, consisting of 3 modules covering feedback, coaching, and productive conversations, supported by self-led LMS learning.Project lead on the redesign, implementation, and evaluation of the Risk Graduate Academy: Advanced Skills Programme for Senior Associate & Manager grade. This 3-day residential program covers growing as an individual, as a leader, and as a firm.Solely responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Business Solutions Experienced Hire Induction Programme for new hires at all grade levels, covering Associate to Director level.
