Stuart Magruder, Architect, runs a dynamic architecture and design practice in Los Angeles, Studio Nova A Architects, Inc. The firm’s work includes residential, commercial, and mixed use projects. Of particular interest to the Studio is the integration of sustainability with design to create works of lasting beauty and durability. In 2012, Stuart was awarded the Young Architects Award from the national chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the highest award given to an architect licensed 10 years or less. Also in 2012, Stuart served as President of AIA | Los Angeles.Previously, Stuart worked for Richard Meier & Partners and Eric Owen Moss Architects. His master’s degree is from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
