I lead enterprise AI platform initiatives within the Office of the CTO’s Emerging Technologies group at EY, where I focus on building the next generation of AI capabilities that will power both EY solutions and client innovation.My current work centers on the development of a firmwide agentic AI platform, designed to enable scalable deployment of AI agents and advanced AI applications across EY. This initiative brings together multiple technology organizations, service lines, and alliance partners to establish a unified architecture for enterprise AI.In this role I operate at the intersection of AI platform strategy, emerging technology architecture, and cross-organizational leadership, aligning stakeholders across the firm to deliver shared infrastructure for AI innovation. The platform leverages the NVIDIA ecosystem and is designed to support both internal EY use cases and client-deployable architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.In addition to platform strategy, I work with teams exploring model training approaches, emerging AI capabilities, and new methods for operationalizing enterprise AI. I also engage directly with clients and leadership teams to discuss the evolving landscape of enterprise AI and agentic systems, supporting EY’s broader go-to-market efforts.Prior to focusing on enterprise AI platforms, I spent many years leading global technology products and product portfolios at EY, including AI-enabled solutions deployed across multiple service lines. Earlier in my career I worked across software engineering, infrastructure operations, and product development roles in both startups and large enterprises.Across these experiences, my work has consistently focused on one theme: translating emerging technology into scalable platforms and products that create real business impact.I am particularly interested in the evolution of agentic systems, enterprise AI platforms, and the operating models required to bring them into production at scale.

1. Ai Platform Strategy Leader, Agentic Ai Program Lead

   Lead the development of a firmwide agentic AI platform within the Office of the CTO’s Emerging Technologies group, forming a key component of the firm’s broader AI strategy.The initiative aims to establish a shared enterprise platform for building and deploying AI agents, enabling scalable AI capabilities across EY while preventing fragmentation across service lines.Operating across multiple technology organizations and service lines, I coordinate the strategy, architectural alignment, and adoption of a unified AI platform intended to support both internal EY innovation and client-deployable AI architectures.Key responsibilities include- Aligning service line technology leadership around a shared enterprise AI platform architecture - Influencing platform design across agent frameworks, model infrastructure, orchestration environments, and developer tooling - Coordinating implementation of the platform on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, currently deployed on Vultr NCP - Developing operating models for GPU utilization, AI workload efficiency, and internal chargeback mechanisms - Working with IT, Information Security, and AI governance organizations to enable compliant enterprise deployment - Building coalition support among service line CTOs, senior EY leadership, and alliance partners to drive platform adoption - Navigating EY’s distributed operating structure to establish sustainable funding and operating models for shared AI infrastructureIn parallel, I oversee teams responsible for model training and emerging AI capabilities, and coordinate integration with EY’s AI initiatives to ensure alignment with the broader platform strategy.The long-term vision is to establish a host-agnostic AI platform architecture that EY can deploy internally and deliver to clients across cloud and on-premise environments, enabling scalable enterprise agentic systems across industries.
