I am a highly skilled procurement engineering senior negotiator with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and maintenance field. My background spans a variety of disciplines, including hands-on proactive and reactive maintenance, maintenance planning, project management, procurement, contract negotiation, warehouse management, and optimisation.Currently, I serve as the Senior Negotiator and Head of UK Cement Warehouses at Cemex UK, where I lead procurement initiatives and oversee the optimisation of warehouse operations across multiple sites. With a methodical and safety-first approach, I am committed to ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and achieving cost-effective results.I am passionate about continuous improvement, whether it’s through enhancing maintenance processes or negotiating contracts that bring value to the business.
