Client Sectors worked in: Energy, Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality, Charities, Nutraceutical, Health, ConstructionAt Reactive I have been responsible for:• Leading the design & dev team and managing contractors & suppliers and woking directly with clients • Being responsible for quality work output every single time in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner to meet, and beat, clients expectations.• Delivering quality design work across all channels including print & digital.• Taking charge of projects from start to finish• My skills cover branding, design for print (magazines, brochures, ads, signage etc), web/digtal (designing and also building/developing CMS websites & ecommerce sites), email (the full end-to-end process inc. email design/deployment) and social media campaigns. You name it I\'ve pretty much done it! I\'ve also developed copywriting, photography and video skills.• Working on business development to Improve existing client relationships, cross-sell services, and bringing in new business • Improving working processes (including brining in project management tools, which perfectly meets the teams specific needs and thus improves internal efficiencies and help us deliver to clients better & quicker)• Revamping the Reactive Design brand and marketing strategy across all channels, and driving the launch of a brand new website for Reactive Design• Ensuring Reactive Design are always using the best, most-up-to-date, and effective tools and software in a continually changing industry.
