I am the Founding and Managing Attorney of Stuart Green Law, PLLC, a boutique estate planning and fiduciary law firm serving families with complex wealth and planning needs.My work focuses on structuring and implementing advanced estate planning arrangements, including directed trusts and multi-generational governance frameworks. These are not one-time documents, but structures intended to operate across generations. My work addresses the core elements of modern estate planning: privacy, asset protection, family governance, control, and wealth management.The firm is built on a simple principle: clients should work directly with the attorney responsible for their planning strategy. This model allows for continuity of judgment, clearer decision-making, and planning that remains aligned with a family’s long-term objectives.In addition to planning, I serve in fiduciary roles within directed trust structures, providing ongoing oversight, governance participation, and continuity of planning intent. This allows families to combine institutional administrative support with direct access to the attorney who structured the plan.Before founding Stuart Green Law, I worked in both large and boutique legal and public accounting environments, including Ernst & Young, where I advised on international, federal, state, and local tax matters. That experience continues to inform how I approach complex planning situations.I am licensed in South Dakota, Texas, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
