Commenced employment with Securicor as a Retail Security Officer working on the William Morrisons Contract. In 2005, I transferred to Static Guarding where I worked within a team on a Prestige Contract for EDF Energy. In October 2006 I became a Customer Care Officer working on the Telereal Trillium Contract. This contract provides security services to the Department for Work and Pensions at their Job Centre Plus Offices throughout the UK. From 2009 to 2012 I returned to Static Guarding where I worked on a variety of sites. In August 2012, I was given the opportunity to work on the London Olympic Contract. Following this experience where I worked as a Group Team Leader, I returned to work on the Telereal Trillium Contract as a Customer Care Officer from August 2012. From October 2013, I became a Team Leader on the Telereal Trillium Contract, supervising a team of 5 Customer Care Officers.

I have extensive Security knowledge and experience gained from HM Forces, HM Prison Service and G4S Secure Solutions (UK). I consider myself to be a highly motivated, committed and professional individual with a high level of integrity. I am honest, reliable, trustworthy and adaptable to any challenge. I am a conscientious hard worker and have a strong work ethos and believe in being the best that you can be. I am able to communicate effectively at all levels and work very well on my own initiative, as well as within a team. I have strong leadership and inter-personal skills and excel in customer service standards. My main goal is always focused on delivering a first class service and making a sustainable difference. I am now seeking new and rewarding challenges where I may utilise my existing skills and experience with a view to a continual professional development plan that will enhance my current skills and experience.
