Assist the Digital Lead and work with other staff/external parties to develop novel data-derived solutions to strategic challenges in the Fundraising and Communications side of the RSPB\'s operation. Undertake detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis, to enhance efficiency, control costs, and produce complex research to come up with answers to the questions that haven\'t yet been asked. Contribute to the development of continuous improvement approaches, assisting with research, and generating innovative ideas by building upon and improving existing approaches. Assist the Digital Lead in ensuring that standards/guidance as well as strategy/prioritiesare developed in line with business need and industry trends, to help shape future plans androadmaps.
