Head of Operations for Aon\'s largest wholesale & specialty broking business, the Property, Casualty, and Crisis Management (PCCM) division, which consists of around 260 people. Reporting directly to the COO, I sit on the PCCM senior leadership team and I am responsible for driving operational excellence across the division.I collaborate with stakeholders across the Global Broking Centre, Commercial Risk, Reinsurance Solutions, Aon Underwriting Managers, and the wider Aon business to develop and implement new systems, processes, and controls that align with core business strategies.PCCM encompasses a diverse range of business units, including International Property, US Property, International Casualty, US Casualty, Digital Economy, Product Recall, Healthcare, Terrorism & Political Violence, Kidnap & Ransom, TV, Film & Adwrap, Contingency and Events, Accident & Health, and Political Risks & Structured Credit.
