   Assigned by senior management to initially lead an evaluation effort across the Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio to determine which service’s quote-to-bill cycle (E2E) would potentially require process improvements resulting in quicker revenue realization. Presented findings to senior management suggesting which service’s E2E should be prioritized and what solutions should be implemented. Created and currently leading a large business transformation program to streamline various E2E processes within the Managed Detection and Response service (MDR). Currently, leading the MDR E2E project specifically focused on initial quick wins to reduce the order submission to initial bill cycle from an average of 2+ months down to 30 days. Effort includes implementing review toll gates, contract language and phasing in of supported logs. Identified longer term solution to include automating implementation configurations, testing and user onboarding to reduce cycle by 95%. Assigned by senior management to takeover a failing data warehouse project that included initial project assessment, identified issues that impacted critical path and reorganized team to focus on reduced scope. Reengaged all key groups building strong relationships through level setting throughout project.
