LGBTQ+@EF unites, connects, and celebrates queer joy! Through regular meetings, we build community, educate, and raise awareness about LGBTQ+ issues. We also offer support to members and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure inclusive programming. With workplace safety being a concern, studies show that LGBTQ+ individuals still face discrimination and harassment across the world. Our goal at EF is to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.

I didn’t always know what I wanted to do—but I’ve always known how to tell a story.That instinct has taken me from editorial writing and ESL education to my current role as Director, Sales Enablement at EF Educational Tours Canada, where I help turn big ideas into actionable strategy. I build the frameworks, resources, and conversations that help our teams grow, lead, and sell with confidence—whether that’s helping in creating onboarding programs, developing GTM tools, or helping translate a vision into something that scales.I’m at my best when I’m connecting the dots—between teams, between strategy and execution, between a challenge and the story that gets people to rally behind solving it.Outside of EF, I’ve championed equity-focused initiatives, particularly around queer inclusion, newcomer education, and gender equality. I’ve also somehow built a million-strong social following that’s opened doors to publications, podcast appearances, and the kind of conversations that remind me why voice and visibility matter.I believe good strategy is good storytelling—and that the best work happens when both are grounded in purpose.(And caffeine.
