Negotiating with vendors in order to gain favourable purchasing terms on behalf of the company and our customers. Converting RFQ’s into orders, Sub vendor purchase order placement. Ensuring products are progressed and arrive in accordance with our purchase order terms Leasing with management at all levels and with various departments both internally and externally to the organization. Attend pre and post award meetings to agree on contract deliverables with our clients and vendors. Manage, maintain and update the systems in place for RFQ tracking and ensuring our pipeline of future projects are flowing though the relevant sales cycles.
