A senior manager with 30 years experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions across multiple lines of business globally, within top tier investment banks. My primary focus has always been to understsand my clients need. Whether those clients are internal or external to my organisation, shareholders or regulators, communication and planning is key and why I always take a proactive approach to stakeholder management to understand business objectives, priorities, strategies and risk to take forward into the technology solutions I deliver and support.To deliver successfully we need the right team behind us. I take pride in fostering a strong, diverse and collaborative team working ethic. I am an advocate for efficiency and agility to improve time to market, reduce risk and promote team happiness. Outside of work I love my family time, whether that’s sports, holidaying, watching football (as a Charlton Athletic supporter!) or just hanging out. Sport has always been a key part of my life. In my youth I was a competitive swimmer and later turned to cycling. A number of years on, I now enjoy running, cycling and open water swimming.I relish a challenge in my personal life as much as my professional life, having successfully trained for and completed 3 London marathons and 2 long distance cycle rides with my son from London to Paris and London to Cologne. More recently I started cold water swimming and always looking for that next challenge!
