I work with CEOs and CHROs to accelerate business performance - by helping senior leadership teams move beyond siloed ways of working to being more collaborative and purposeful leaders; and helping HR teams move beyond transactional delivering to being more strategic, confident business partners.For over 20 years I have helped organisations across the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East strengthen both their HR capability and the leadership behaviours. My work focuses on leadership dynamics to improve decision making, accountability and build trust, and developing HR teams that operate as credible strategic partners.The approach is practical and grounded in business reality. We start with a diagnostic to surface the real blockers, then design a development path that creates visible change quickly. The aim is simple: stronger leadership behaviour, a more credible HR function and better business outcomes.
