I love tackling complex problems and producing tangible results. I use my talents to serve and enhance our customer experience, as they are the reason my organization exists. I constantly focus on utilizing technology to enhance employee productivity while also dramatically increasing business revenues.I know that nothing is accomplished without our employees. I am a servant leader. I’m here to help my team members be able to excel in their roles. I’m thrilled when of someone gets promoted or is recognized for outstanding performance. One accomplishment I’m proud of is launching a customer loyalty program. It’s been an amazing success attracting one million users and producing millions in new revenue. Another major innovation was the launching of a now thriving eCommerce business. This has been a key revenue producer for the retailer and our stores.
