I also act as our subject matters expert for product licensing.The Service Delivery Manager has overall responsibility for the Service Management function and Intelogy Managed Services Portfolio:• Leadership of the Service Management function (People Management)• Definition and Management of Support Analyst PDPs and KPIs• Training and Development of Support Analysts• Accountable for the Intelogy Managed Service Catalogue • Accountable for overall SLA and KPI attainment• Primary contact for selected Strategic accounts• Relationship management of Managed Service accounts. • To conduct periodic Service Management Reviews (SMRs) with Managed Service accounts• 3rd level escalation contact for Intelogy Managed Services• Approval of Managed Services MI Reporting• To drive cost reduction and efficiency within Service Delivery• To drive base growth and up-sell of Managed Services to existing customers• To drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) across the department • Responsible for selected Service Delivery Processes (SDP’s)• Participate in CAB and ECAB functions• Assist with pre-sales and Bids, where required, on a Service Delivery SME basis
