   AVIXA is the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association™, producer of InfoComm tradeshows around the world, co-owner of Integrated Systems Europe, and the international trade association representing the audiovisual industry. Established in 1939, AVIXA has more than 5,400 members, including manufacturers, systems integrators, dealers and distributors, consultants, programmers, rental and staging companies, technology managers, IT professionals, content producers, and multimedia professionals from more than 80 countries. InfoComm Annual Trade Show and Conference (ranked #25 of the Trade Show Executive’s Gold 100): • Formulate budget for show facility, infrastructure, staffing, food and beverage, temporary staff, security, medical, tour program, audio-visual equipment and labor, execute under budget • Administer Audio Demo Room, Exhibitor Meeting Room and Manufacturers’ Training programs to exceed exhibitor expectations and surpass revenue forecasts • Contract and schedule security and medical services for venue access, EAC management and credential checks. Work with multiple security and medical teams to identify active shooter protocols, evacuation procedures and communication plans • Develop multi-year security assessment plan with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) level security provider to improve security and preparedness processes in both show locations • Oversee on site logistics as part of show management team • Partner with general show contractor for site inspections, floor plans, signage, presenter needs, material handling, technical labor and coordination of show shipments and collections • Author health and safety plans, including COVID-19 protocols such as masking, sanitization, vaccination verification and onsite rapid test administration for each show location
