I enjoy assembling a team of people, getting to know and maximising everyone’s skills and creating a fun and committed, efficient working environment that ultimately provides a solution to a problem. Always of positive demeanor Stuart looks to complete tasks in the most pragmatic and effective way possible even when that means swimming against the tide. Stuart always sets a good example to those in the team and is equally prepared to share his thoughts on best practice.\"\"I have really enjoyed working with Stuart this year. Since Stuart has owned Arago, progress of the Programme has been easier to follow with both communication and decisions clearer. Stuart is open to challenge and input, he accepts these with great candor, being responsive along with questioning if he needs to understand more. This displays a robustness and curiosity which is great when working closely with him.Stuart has a very approachable and open style, I have observed him tailor this to his audience being formal and informal to suit the ‘virtual’ room. This style naturally gets people on his side and in a position that they want to help, and input what Stuart requires.I have observed Stuart to be collaborative internally and externally to his team, helping workstream leads to understand the bigger impact and support what he needed to achieve.\"\"Stuart ran the daily stand up calls. I have been very impressed with the way Stuart is able to drive the meetings, and focus in sharply on those items that need attention.Stuart\'s manner inspires people to bring their best selves to the meeting and whilst he also introduces some light humor, it in no way distracts from the purpose. In fact, my observations are that it puts attendees at ease and they feel able to be more open and honest about updates.\"
