How my 13-year-old once summed up my job….\"telling people how to be a boss. it’s pretty boring\"(Thanks, Lowenna). Not completely accurate, so let me give you my take on it. I\'ve been in leadership development for over a decade. I absolutely believe that all of those that I work with have untapped, unrealised and under-utilised leadership potential.I grew up in the South West of Cornwall far removed from anything resembling a corporate life. It was a chance moment working for a FTSE100 company that started my career path, eventually leading to founding and launching a boutique leadership development business. Working with individuals across a wide range of industries, seniority and countries has, and continues to challenge my views and approaches to enhancing leadership capability that can really have an impact.
