My current position is to lead and inspire a team of designers to create innovative, user-centric products across all workstreams within Commercial Technology at ITV. My Key responsibilities include Leadership, Strategy, Team collaboration, Branding, User research, and Stakeholder management, all while encouraging design excellence. Great importance is placed on overseeing the entire design process, from initial research and concept development through to final implementation.The role is extremely varied allowing me to shape the future of ITV technology products and lead a talented team of designers through an ever-changing market.
