My role is to advise and support businesses at all stages of the transfer pricing process, from developing and establishing the transfer pricing model, managing M&A and reorganisations, implementation of intercompany transactions, operational transfer pricing in accounting systems and processes, governance and technology, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, Advanced Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures and the UK Profit Diversion Compliance Facility.My background is in international tax structuring and operating model consulting, connecting transfer pricing advice with indirect tax, legal, employer, employee, permanent establishments, cash repatriation, etc. considerations.My experience of a wide range of industry sectors, value drivers and objectives for projects helps me to provide valuable insights. My focus is on delivering this value for clients collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate legal, international tax, indirect tax, global mobility, accounting and technology.
