This outdoor event in downtown Nashville drew people and was headlined by country music stars Florida Georgia Line. NFL representatives were so impressed they awarded Nashville the 2019 NFL Draft, a major coup for the Titans and the city of Nashville. Seen inside and outside the organization as a reliable high level producer who will get the job done. Brought in by ownership to rebuild trust and efficiency in the revenue-critical ticketing office after major irregularities were found. Builds lasting relationships based on trust and follow through.
