I am a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at Simkins LLP, with broad experience of advising clients in the media and entertainment sectors on a full range of corporate and commercial transactions. I act for clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and fundraising, loan agreements, shareholders agreements, LLP and partnership arrangements, employee incentives and general company law advisory work. I also advise clients on commercial and intellectual property matters, particularly in relation to the media and entertainment, advertising and hospitality sectors, including global services agreements, copyright licensing and exploitation, merchandise licensing, physical manufacturing and distribution agreements, hospitality operations agreements, consultancy agreements, data protection policies and e-commerce sales terms.
