In this role I am responsible for a group of 40 Controls System and System Engineers and running the department. This includes strategic look ahead finding the right process and structure to deliver projects, studies and tenders in the most effective manner. I actively oversee all technical solutions leaving the department as Study, FEED or Tender proposals to ensure that continuity and excellence is maintained. A part of the role I enjoy encouraging the engineers, at any stage of their career, to give their best to company but also to expect the same in return from a career development and progression perspective.
