Began my career in the accountancy profession after completing my A levels, where I was given the opportunity to work for a small local firm (Essex).Whilst working I began studying for my professional qualifications (ACCA), I was fortunate to pass these very quickly and by 21 was fully qualified.I strived for more experience within the profession which lead me to work in London, in the west end, where I worked for two and half years. Whilst in London also obtained my CTA qualification (Chartered Tax Advisor).I then decided to take a year away, and travelled around the world, part of which entailed living in Sydney, where I worked in the profession.On my return to the UK I joined LB Group, and within five years was appointed a director of the company at the age of 29, running our Chelmsford office.I have since obtained the certificate in corporate finance from the CISI as I am more involved in corporate finance matters.Specialties: Taxation advice for all areas of tax, accounting, auditing, assisting start up businesses, business valuations. tax planning, forecasting, advising in relation to succession planning & corporate finance
