As the Supply Chain Director at RTS Group since June 2017, I\'ve orchestrated a comprehensive spectrum of supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, and logistics management. My role has been pivotal in streamlining processes, overseeing the Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) process, and optimizing inventory levels for both raw materials and finished goods. Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, I\'ve championed supply chain excellence through strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Managing budgets across logistics, planning, and procurement, I\'ve provided visionary guidance to the supply chain team, ensuring agile responses to dynamic organizational demands. My accomplishments include a reduction in Slow Moving & Obsolete Goods (SMOG) costs, achieved by fostering collaborative efforts to address inventory challenges. I\'ve driven down inventory holding costs by implementing innovative inventory optimization strategies. Negotiating and finalizing strategic supplier agreements, I\'ve secured a reduction in material costs. By implementing lean principles in production planning, I\'ve slashed production lead times resulting in a remarkable surge in throughput and a commendable boost in Gross Margin. Moreover, my strategies have led to a substantial decrease in planning cycle time and an impressive attainment to plan by refining and monitoring the S & OP process. Throughout my tenure, I\'ve consistently pursued process enhancements and demonstrated my unwavering commitment to boosting business efficiency and effectiveness using lean methodologies. My focus remains resolute on driving innovation, realizing cost efficiencies, and delivering tangible, measurable results that significantly contribute to our organizational triumphs.
