Supervisor / Focal Point May 2022 – PresentPrezioso Chevron GS-Hotel GIP Hotel & KWIP Platforms (TAR), Block 0 AngolaEnsuring the safe, timely, accurate and compliant execution of all scaffolding activities for the to enable diverse Trades to safely and swiftly access work areas for TAR / Project work scopes by: Preparing and monitoring resource planning (logistics, equipment, consumables, manpower) and planning and monitoring Inventory to ensure timely availability of resources Providing advice on the suitability of specialised scaffolds as required, for instance with regard to design and access, and offering technical advice as relevant, leveraging advanced level skills and expertise Attending daily briefings with Senior Management, raising and implementing Work Permits, logging job hours and completing time sheets Planning and overseeing the work scopes of Scaffolders carrying out all aspects of scaffolding (Erect, Move, Monitor, Repair & Dismantle) for independent, birdcage, hanging and design scaffolds etc. Ensuring squad/s are of the correct size/experience level to safely complete work while motivating personnel and monitoring quality, accuracy, timing and progress to meet deadlines Raising Work Permits and distributing work to Chargehands and squads according to priority and level of experience required to safely complete all operations in accordance with regulations / guidelines Actively promoting a H&S culture to minimise accidents/ injuries, organising Safe Systems of Work and Rescue Plan coordination as relevant, delivering daily TBTs ensuring operatives comply with all relevant procedures and RAMS Monitoring scaffolding and temporary works structures and analyising integrity to identify and resolve weak areas and damage, and signing off Scafftags.
