I\'m a Development Manager at Jisc, working with a variety of people in the software development group, to help them reach their full potential and an understanding of the organisation\'s strategy and long term ambitions.Additionally I\'m an experienced Coach, with a focus on life and business development. I fully believe coaching can help bring about positive change in people and have seen this first hand. I\'m also well versed in HTML, CSS and Javascript from a web design angle.As a certified presenter and trainer, I relish the chance to create and give presentations and see others develop from the sharing of knowledge, techniques and experiences.Not only that but I\'m also a very keen and accomplished electric and acoustic guitarist; enjoying live performing and song writing.
